Product Sales & Return Policy

All Eminence products are final sale due to their short shelf life and the necessity of being stored in a temperature-controlled environment.

For all other products, customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to contact the spa regarding returns or exchanges. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to cancel 24-hours in advance for regular services or 48-hours in advance for spa packages will result in a fee of 50% of your total appointment cost. The front desk will charge a 50% non-refundable deposit for spa packages, 48-hours before the scheduled appointment. If the card on file does not go through for this deposit, and an alternative form of payment is not received, your appointment will be cancelled. No call/no shows will be charged full price of the appointment. When a client cancels without giving 24-hours notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Failure to pay the fee will result in no further scheduled appointments until the fee is paid.

Etiquette Code

If using a gift card to pay for your service(s), we still require a debit or credit card to be held on file. If the method of payment used at checkout comes up as a disputed charge at a later date or if you fail to stop at the front desk to check out, we will charge the card on file for services rendered. For your convenience, 20% gratuity will be added to all spa packages at checkout. Debit and credit card payments are subject to a standard processing fee. No fee applies to cash payments. A service fee of 50% of the treatment to be performed will be charged for same-day cancellations and rescheduling. When the treatment is a Removal and up to the provider for the final price, the Consultation Fee ($35) will be charged instead.

Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be seen.

We love children, but this is an environment where we want our clients to be able to relax 100%. Children under 14 are not allowed in the spa.

Please keep your phone on silent. If you need to take a phone call, please do so outside of the spa.
