Product Sales & Return Policy

All Eminence products are final sale due to their short shelf life and the necessity of being stored in a temperature-controlled environment.

For all other products, customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to contact the spa regarding returns or exchanges. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you. To honor the time of our guests and service providers, we kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for individual services and 48 hours’ notice for spa packages when cancelling or making changes to a reservation.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an individual service or less than 48 hours before a spa package will be subject to a fee of 100% of the total appointment value.

Spa packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit, which will be charged to the card on file 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If the card cannot be processed and an alternative form of payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.

No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment value.

Because late cancellations leave appointment times that are often unable to be filled, any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before future appointments may be reserved.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and consideration of the time thoughtfully reserved for you.

Etiquette Code

If using a gift card to pay for your service(s), we still require a debit or credit card to be held on file. If the method of payment used at checkout comes up as a disputed charge at a later date or if you fail to stop at the front desk to check out, we will charge the card on file for services rendered. For your convenience, 20% gratuity will be added to all spa packages at checkout. Debit and credit card payments are subject to a standard processing fee. No fee applies to cash payments. A service fee of 50% of the treatment to be performed will be charged for same-day cancellations and rescheduling. When the treatment is a Removal and up to the provider for the final price, the Consultation Fee ($35) will be charged instead.

Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be seen.

We love children, but this is an environment where we want our clients to be able to relax 100%. Children under 14 are not allowed in the spa.

Please keep your phone on silent. If you need to take a phone call, please do so outside of the spa.
