Spa Coordinator

Tim has over a decade of customer service experience, and his goal is to make every guest feel welcome and serene in The Sanctuary Day Spa. Tim loves to help people, and being Spa Coordinator allows him to do just that; helping to facilitate you satisfying your relaxation needs.

He’s been to every continent, except for Antarctica, and speaks German quite fluently. He’s also comes from a Theater background, having graduated in 2014 from the University of New Orleans in Film & Theater; so you may notice some flair about this one!

Tim has been in the Tampa Bay for 5 years, and helps to take care of his retired veteran mother. He enjoys spending time with his family, and being out in nature on the many beautiful trails this gorgeous city has to offer, when he’s not playing Dungeons and Dragons.

Product Sales & Return Policy

All Eminence products are final sale due to their short shelf life and the necessity of being stored in a temperature-controlled environment.

For all other products, customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to contact the spa regarding returns or exchanges. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to cancel 24-hours in advance for regular services or 48-hours in advance for spa packages will result in a fee of 50% of your total appointment cost. The front desk will charge a 50% non-refundable deposit for spa packages, 48-hours before the scheduled appointment. If the card on file does not go through for this deposit, and an alternative form of payment is not received, your appointment will be cancelled. No call/no shows will be charged full price of the appointment. When a client cancels without giving 24-hours notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Failure to pay the fee will result in no further scheduled appointments until the fee is paid.

Etiquette Code

If using a gift card to pay for your service(s), we still require a debit or credit card to be held on file. If the method of payment used at checkout comes up as a disputed charge at a later date or if you fail to stop at the front desk to check out, we will charge the card on file for services rendered. Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be seen. We love children, but this is an environment where we want our clients to be able to relax 100%. Children under 14 are not allowed in the spa. Please keep your phone on silent. If you need to take a phone call, please do so outside of the spa.
